Hello, I'm Simone, I began my career at ACS Recruitment ten years ago. I started working for the company as an apprentice, and since then, I've progressed and grown in several departments.
As part of my responsibilities, I oversee and lead the managed service team which include the onsite, industrial, and resource divisions on a branch and managed service basis.
I provide support and assist the Industrial Consultants, Account Managers and Candidate Success team to support the full sales, resourcing, and servicing cycle for our portfolio.
We strive in partnering and setting the standard for providing temporary workers to our industrial clients in and around Northampton, and we are successful in doing so.’’

Hi, I’m Aleksandra, I am an Onsite Account Manager at ACS Recruitment.
I started my journey with ACS on 8th of March in 2022 (International Women’s Day - definitely the date I will remember ) as an Engagement Lead.
I have previous experience in recruitment industry and I’m a strong believer in what you give is what you get. Starting in recruitment with no previous experience I was awarded best recruiter of the year within the 6 months of joining the company.
I very much prefer good outcomes and positive thinking as life is to short to waste it for anything negative.
I love to build great relationship with people overall and help where I can. I believe things are happening for a reason so even if something won’t go my way I will take that as a lesson rather than loss.
My hobbies are anything beauty related. I studied hairdressing as well as completed multiple beauty courses, I love animals and nature. In my free time I love to explore new walking destinations as well as learning new languages.

Hi I am Inessa, one of the Onsite Account Manager's within the John Lewis Manual Network.
I started working for ACS Recruitment in October 2021 as an onsite account manager.
I work with a small team of driven ACS employees where I help to support all of the MNDC candidates throughout their journey.
I have seven years' worth of customer service experience and managing people.
I have found that the key to success is to build strong and lasting relationship with everyone I work with.
